QT: Improper

A1: (16) Neighbor Balance & Swing
A2: (8)  Right & Left Through With Sweeping C-turn {1}
    (8)  Circle Right 3/4 {-> B-2-B with P}
B1: (16) Balance-the-Ring + Turn 180 CW + Partner Swing
B2: (8)  Right & Left Through With Sweeping C-turn {2}
    (8)  Circle Right 3/4 {-> Improper with new N}

CallingNotes: {1} Teach as regular RL followed by shift one place right.
  The shift is actually part of the sweeping courtesy turn. After the
  c-turn/shift a shadow will appear across the set. {2} The figure from
  A2 repeats in B2, but dancers are with their partners the second time.

It is likely that some dancers will want to California Twirl before the
  partner swing.  Thus the title.
