CallingNotes: {1} While men pull by, the ladies must turn to point their 
  right shoulders across the set.  I think a Varsouvienne promenade would 
  be fun here.  {2} Dancers will be passing a same sex person by the 
  left.  The men already have left hands joined.  They just pull by.  
  Ladies must look for a lady from the next star to pass by the left.  
  {3} To transition from the pass through to the swing, ladies should 
  turn CW.  Callers will likely have to demonstrate this because the 
  shorter, though much more awkward, path would have the lady turn CCW.  
  If the ladies turn CW, the men can sweep them into the swing part way 
  through the turn.  Nice!
