    (8) New Partner(?) Do-si-Do
B2: (16) Partner Balance & Swing

CallingNotes: {1} and on the way back bend the lines of four to an
off-kilter square. In an off-kilter square, couples (formed with
partners), are all standing at a 45 degree angle to their original
lines of four. The rest of the dance will be done in this off-kilter
square. {2} Tell gents to pass their partners. {3} The fourth change
will be partner by the left.

NotesOther: This dance pretty much follows Charley's original, with the
addition of the Partner Balance in B2. I think the problem with
Charley's original write-up was that he envisioned the whole dance
being done in lines. This made it difficult for the men during the
scoots, particularly for the men in the middle of the line of four.
Not only did those men have further to scoot, but it wasn't clear that
they needed to scoot INTO THE OTHER LINE. Also, I added a fourth
change to the Grand RL and changed the DSD in B1 to be with a corner.
This cleaned up the timing of B1.
