CallingNotesPre: Setup= Improper + Circle Left 1/4
{1} End the hey looking at your partner. Everyone should be facing up or
down the set, looking squarely at your partner. Join both hands with
  your partner.
{2} The men back up four little steps, drawing their partner up or down
the set to align with new neighbors across.

The original version of this dance called for a partner gypsy and swing.
If the gypsy feels good, then do it. Otherwise just swing your partner.

Composed to mark the marriage of Kate Power and Andy Shewmon,
15.July.2012. After I wrote it, I found the dance to be fairly similar
to "Chicory" by Cary Ravitz - thus the title. Then I wrote versions #2
and #3, each less and less like Cary's "Chicory". In #3 there's little
  resemblence left.
