CallingNotes: DEMO Suggested. This dance has some role reversal fun at
  the start. {1} While Ladies do the elbow turn, Gents have a very
  important job to do. Gents signal their desire to be picked up by
  pointing their right shoulder towards the center of the foursome.  {2}
  Have dancers listen before they go - and note their position. Star
  Promenade ALL THE WAY AROUND to where you are now.

Possible schtick = if gents aren't ready for the star promenade, ladies
  are free to put their noses into the air, pass them by, and do the Star
  Promenade without them.
